Many people wonder what I am like being a person with Down syndrome and being a CEO and BOSS. So, tune in and you will find out. In the first episode we discuss the many obstacles and adversities I have faced and overcome in my life. And my mom likes to share the sassy stories about me. The episode highlights my early struggles in school, being bullied and misunderstood by peers and teachers, and the challenges of navigating the education system. My Mom also discusses some of the hard decisions and battles she had to face standing up for me her daughter.
We also talk about my journey through high school and college, the support of my mom, and my determination to live independently and what that took. We emphasize the importance of believing in oneself and the mission of creating opportunities for people with disabilities.
