Orders

Orders are handled and processed as they come through. You will receive a confirmation email and a follow-up email with tracking information. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days of the order date. Holiday time may vary. We encourage you to add a note to us when purchasing if you have a special time frame you would like us to accomodate. We can only offer overnight express if we are contacted directly prior to the order. Orders may take 1-3 days to arrive in US and 3-5 in Canada.

Bulk or Event Orders

If you need to place a bulk order for yourself or for an event, please contact us at [email protected].We will be happy to help you place an order and provide you with more details about our packages.

You can track your order. We will notify you about your order shipment and send you a tracking number via email (the one provided upon purchase) once we print a shipping label.

Where do we ship from?

All of our cookies are baked, processed, and shipped from Charlestown, Massachusetts, USA.

Packaging

Our cookies are carefully hand-packed in FDA approved Food Gussett Cello clear bags, with label cards, closed with twine. Ingredients and allergens are found on the bottom of each cookie page.

Delivery

Our packages are delivered by USPS, UPS for bulk orders and Fed Ex for international.

Where do we ship?

We include free shipping for all orders shipped within the United States. We can offer shipping to some international destinations for an added cost. Please email us for more information. [email protected]
