RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

It is in our best interest for our customers to receive their orders on time and be able to enjoy Collettey’s Cookies. In the unfortunate event, you need to cancel an order, return, or apply for a refund please read the following information or contact us at [email protected]

Returns

We do not offer a return option, if our cookies made it to their destination (delivered successfully) we can not allow or receive any returns. If you cookies did not make it to your destination due to an incorrect address, we do not offer refunds. These are perishable good with no preservatives and cannot be reshipped.

Refunds

We can offer a refund for your order or re-ship a brand upon confirmation from the carrier that the original order never arrived at it’s destination or it got lost prior to it’s final delivery. If you cookies did not make it to your destination due to an incorrect address you provided us with, we do not offer refunds. These are perishable good with no preservatives and cannot be reshipped. If you order arrived in damaged condition we need a picture of the box and cookies to process a refund or ship a new order out.

Canceling Orders

We can cancel orders that have yet to be processed and shipped.
If you wish to modify your order, instead of canceling, please contact us at [email protected] to get help with correcting your order.

If for any reason you wish to cancel, please request the order cancellation to our support email [email protected]. We will be able to provide you with your order status and let you know if you’re applicable for a refund.
