1. About Our Products

Collette Divitto products are produced on demand and made to order. Our on-demand production model helps reduce unnecessary inventory and manufacturing waste.

Because products may be manufactured specifically in response to an order, certain products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun.

Product images, descriptions, colors, measurements, and other product information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Minor variations may occur between the product displayed on the website and the final product received.

2. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed directly through our website at any time throughout the year.

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and other information required to process your order.

After an order is placed, you will generally receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has already been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including where there is an error in product information, pricing, availability, payment processing, shipping information, or where an order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

3. Order Processing and Production

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order date.

Because our products are made to order, production and fulfillment may require additional processing time depending on the product and order circumstances.

Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

During holidays, promotional periods, periods of unusually high demand, or circumstances outside our control, processing times may be longer than usual.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within approximately 2–3 days of the order date, subject to processing and production requirements.

Estimated shipping times generally range from 3–7 business days depending on the destination, courier service, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will generally receive an email containing shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

5. International Shipping

We ship globally, with a particular focus on North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse or production facilities. Where possible, the facility closest to the customer’s shipping destination may be selected for fulfillment.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

For international orders, the customer may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Certain countries or territories may not be available for delivery because of legal, regulatory, logistical, or courier restrictions.

Collette Divitto is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, courier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will generally provide tracking information by email.

Tracking information is provided by the applicable shipping carrier and may take some time to become active after shipment.

7. Bulk and Event Orders

If you would like to place a bulk order or purchase products for an event, please contact:

We will provide information regarding availability, pricing, production requirements, shipping, and other applicable order details.

Bulk or event orders may be subject to different production and delivery timelines.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing or production and have not shipped.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production or has otherwise been processed.

We will review the status of your order and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

9. Order Modifications

If you need to change information associated with your order, including your shipping address or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee that requested changes can be made after an order has entered processing or production.

10. Returns

Because our products are made to order, returns are subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Claims relating to misprinted, damaged, or defective products must generally be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, claims must generally be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Where an issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, the applicable remedy may be provided at our expense.

Customers should contact us before taking other action regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

11. Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because the address supplied by the customer is incorrect, incomplete, or considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, the customer may be responsible for applicable reshipment costs.

We will work with the customer to confirm the corrected delivery address before arranging a reshipment, where applicable.

12. Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is not claimed and is returned to our fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 4 weeks, where applicable.

13. Hygiene-Related Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return after opening.

This may include, but is not limited to, certain face masks and other hygiene-related products.

Returned hygiene products that cannot be resold or safely reshipped may be disposed of.

14. Refunds

Refunds are generally available only where an order is successfully cancelled before it has entered processing or production, subject to applicable law.

Because our products are produced on demand and made specifically in response to customer orders, we generally cannot provide refunds for orders that have already been processed or manufactured.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

15. Payment Methods

We offer payment methods through our payment processors to provide customers with a secure method of completing purchases.

Available payment methods may include PayPal and eligible credit or debit cards (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal), subject to availability at checkout.

Accepted card types may include:

Payment information is processed through our payment providers. Collette Divitto does not directly access or store your complete credit or debit card information.

All payment transactions are subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

16. PayPal

Where PayPal is available at checkout, customers may select PayPal as their payment method and complete the transaction through PayPal’s payment platform.

Customers using PayPal are also subject to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies.
